Frampton came in a pound under the 126lbs limit for his WBA Super featherweight clash with Santa Cruz at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Former champ Santa Cruz also came in at 125lbs and title holder Frampton thanked his thousands of supporters for making the trip across the Atlantic.
The Belfast fighter received a huge cheer when he stepped forward to speak and said: "I want to thank each and every person who has come out here to support me.
"I'm really grateful for your support. I'm going to send you all home happy."
Carl Frampton may be thousands of miles away from his native Northern Ireland, but he won't be short of support when he takes on Leo Santa Cruz in a WBA world featherweight title rematch at the MGM in Las Vegas.
