A very nice duel between two fast and good technical boxers. Charlo was very composed and calm during the whole fight with a Trout much more active and mobile rotating around him and throwing good punches from very different angles. Trout was the only one trying to do some body work but with lack of effectiveness. Charlo was more effective on the attacks he carried out from time to time, but no many really, showing a lot of confidence and overwhelming Trout quite easily. Charlo gave me the impression to be a more solid and seasoned boxer than Trout. I believe this was the main reason for the judges to go for an unanimous decision since the fight was really close. I didn't score round by round but 115-113 looks to me to be the correct judgment .
